Since 2010, she has worked with leadership teams, executives at E(VP) level, directors, in major blue-chip companies, including Shell, ING Bank, Galapagos, Heineken and, staying true to her mission she is coaching highly accomplished professional ambitious women aspiring to both a leadership career and family joy.

She is supporting non-profit organisations such as Women International Network and Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, she spent 20 years in specialist and management roles in HR, Leader Development and organization development in some of leading global organisations.
